Mr. De Ceulaer “Secrétaire de Circle Philatlique de Florennesé”, found on the 26 of November 1964 in a box of the post office of Stanleyville about 20 stamps of each series with small overprint:
Bird series, 4F, 7F, 8F & 10F.
Reconciliation: 9F & 12F
Animals: no.537, 1F on 20C (rino)
Independence: no.377 (he found 1 sheet)
2e year of Independence: no. 417 (he found 1 sheet)
