Establishment of Katanga Province, 50th anniversary.

The special Committee of Katanga, emanation of the State Independent of Congo and the Company of Katanga was created on June 19, 1900.  This Committee jointly will manage the undivided goods of the State and the Company so as to open Katanga with the trade and industry.
