These stamps depict a leopard on a blue background with bushes in white.
Left top corner T.C.A. = Taxe sur le Chiffres d'Affaires
(Turnover tax).
Right tops the value. Underneath R.D.C. = Republic Democratique du Congo.
On bottom there will be two letters with 5 numbers. The vignette was used to attach to the receipt document.
