Flower series, no’s 23-39
These stamps were issued by the former Belgian Congo in 1952 and 1953 (no’s 302-310, 313-320). The stamps were overprinte for the Katanga Postal Administration. The overprint is in condensed type and measures 17 x 6 mm, including the line under Katanga.

Remark:
No’s 31 (1F) & 38 (8F) seem to exist with double overprint of which one is reversed.
No 25 (15c) seem to exist with “moved overprint”.
The bar under KATANGA can measure 11 or 12 mm.
