King Albert’s memorial monument with overprint Ruanda-Urundi , 1941, with overprint new value.

 

For these overprints the stamps were used from the series “King Albert’s memorial monument in Leopoldstad” from Belgian Congo, issued in 1941. Later overprinted with Ruanda Urundi, issued 7 February 1941.
