On 18th December 1961, the
Postal administration issued a special series of stamps with a surplus of tax
to benefit the Cathedral of Usumbura.
To promote this series a special leaflet
was printed by J.-E.Buschmann in Antwerp-Belgium. Two identical leaflets
exists, one with French text and the other in Flemish:
