LX-LP12-13, Exhibition Philexafrique II, 1978
PHILEXAFRIQUE, philatelic exhibition held in Essen-Germany (1-5 November 1978) and in Libreville-Gabon (June 1979). The stamps are issued as triptychs: twice a stamp of 30F, in the middle a vignette. Stamp with a greater Kudu (Tragelaphus strepsiceros) on the right and an image no 233; in the middle the Essener (blue) or the Libreville (red) vignette, the other stamps depict a woodpecker and the German stamp “Oldenbourg” from 1858.
